Exclusive interview with Muse (2006)

We spoke to the whole band Muse about their new album. The album has no name yet, but will be out in June 2006. Toazted spoke to the three gentlemen in a nice hotel in Amsterdam. The guys explain how the album is going to sound. Singer Matthew explains his lyrical content and tells lots of stories about the recording process and more! Recorded in March 2006.
Interview with the Twilight Singers

We spoke to bass player Scott Ford and singer Greg Dulli (formerly Afghan Whigs). Their new album "Powder Burns", written and record in New Orleans, had just been released. We asked Dulli and Ford about the problems while writing, about the deeper meanings behind the lyrics and more. Recorded in April 2006.

Scissor Sisters play Lowlands 2004

Scissor Sisters' drummer Paddy Boom sat down to have a long interview with Toazted during the Lowlands festival in the summer of 2004. We asked him about the band's explosive success;

Interview with Mikael from Opeth (Part 1)

We spoke to singer Mikael of the Swedish metal band Opeth in the Milkyway, Holland. The band just released their new album "Ghost Reveries". Mikael spoke about the recording process and touring.

Interview with Nizlopi (2006)

We talked to the two guys of Nizlopi. With the video for 'JCB' they really scored on MTV and other big stations. Especially on the internet they scored big. They really diserved it because both the song and video are amazing. "Half These Songs Are About You" is also a very good album. When they were in Holland for a gig, Toazted had to meet them. The interview took place in Amsterdam, April 25th 2006.

We spoke to the American rock band Morningwood. The band with the great name played the Amsterdam Paradiso in May 2006. Toazted asked Chantal and Pedro about the music and their new album. Lots of radio stations played their songs so we were very interested in the band. This video interview was recorded in May 2006.

Massive Attack Mezzanine interview (Part 1)

We did an interview with Massive Attack. Massive Attack formed in 1987 in Bristol and they were the pioneering force behind the rise of trip-hop. Toazted talked Daddy G. back in 1998 about their great album "Mezzanine".

Toazted spoke to the spolied brats of Lostprophets in Amsterdam. This time the guys knoew really well how to diss an interviewer. Tiredness was the reason maybe? Who knows.. Recorded November 9th 2004 Amsterdam, Holland.
Danko Jones rocks in Amsterdam

We spoke to Danko and JC just before had to play the Milkyway in Amsterdam, March 2006. Danko spoke about the new catchy record "Sleep is the Enemy", about his lyrics and the new drummer. The band will go on a huge tour again in 2006. So watch out for them and try to see them live!

Interview with Infadels about pop music in 2005

Not THE Infadels. Just Infadels is the name of the band. Their album "We Are Not The Infadels" will be released in January 2006. We got the promo already and spoke about their music, which is very nice and catchy. That's how we got into a discussion about pop music! Recorded in November 2005.

Cristian of Ill Nino did an interview with Toazted on their tour bus. Cristian was discussing issues about president Bush. He's very polical minded. And has an own vision tghe world's problems. Very interesting and serious interview. Recorded in 2004.

The British pop band Hot Chip played Amsterdam in July 2006. Toazted spoke to two guys Joe and Al from the band to let them introduce themselves to people who don't know them yet. The pop group just released their second album "The Warning". In this interview you'll hear how the band got together and which direction the music went the last couple of years. Hard-Fi getting more popular (2006)

We, again, spoke to Hard-Fi while they were on tour through Europe. In Amsterdam the band played the Milkyway and we spoke to Ross and Steve. Backstage we talked about how quickly the band got big, selling lots of records, how hard the music bizz can be and more.

Interview with Fink in Amsterdam (2006)

March 2006. We spoke to the DJ, remixer and musician Fink in a nice hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. His first 'real album', "Biscuits for Breakfast", will be out soon. But as a new singer/songwriter it still makes him a bit shy. Why?
