I The Thrills sono una band impegnata. Tra il suonare in tutto il mondo, registrare il loro nuovo cd a L.A. e mixarlo a New York, non sappiamo come abbiano trovato il tempo per venire a suonare per noi al Pink Pop Festival, ma siamo elettrizzati che l’abbiano fatto. Non hanno potuto dirci molto del nuovo album, ma ci hanno detto cosa pensano di quelli che avrebbero suonato dopo di loro al Pink Pop, i Pixies:

"You hear stories about bands that make a comeback that are a shell of what they used to be but with The Pixies it was cool and I was impressed!"

Registrata il 24 settembre 2003 dopo il loro concerto al De Melkweg di Amsterdam. Daniel Ryan (chitarra) e Kevin Horan (tastiere) raccontano a Toazted alcune interessanti storie sui loro difficili inizi.

"We used to do a lot of buskin on the streets with the harmonica. It was an easy way to make money, the five of us playing harmonica."
